Property Specialist

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Computer savvy, systematic and highly organized.

• Presentable with above average communication skills & good command of spoken and written English & Filipino

• With positive attitude towards work and understands the demands and expectations of the selling dynamics, hardworking, honest, and willing to learn

• Preferably residing in Rizal, Quezon City & Mandaluyong City or within the vicinity.

• Applicants must be highly motivated, assertive, confident, self starters and independent & can work with minimum supervision

• Good influencing and interpersonal skills. Must be a people person with good presentation skills & excellent customer handling skills

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

• No Experience Required

Advantage: Knowledge/ability in handling product innovation to expand customer/market base

Compensation: Competitive Commissions

Work Hours: Manage your own time but may occasionally be required to attend Seminars, Manning’s & Exhibits
